Wisdom in six words

The wise seek out uncomfortable truth.

The fool wallows in comfortable lies.

Coins and people, always two faced.

Wisdom begins when one understands dichotomy.

uuuuhhh ... six eights is forty eight.  😉

Edit:

Eight times three is twenty four.

Six times four is twenty four.

Lowest primes, two, two, two, three.

You caught me.

I watched the TV series Hitch Hiker's Guilde to the Galaxy and in the TV series the number 42 got attention that the super computer gave as the answer in one series.  It wasn't until I saw the TV six series that I caught the actual question asked of the computer.  It made a math mistake.  42 wasn't the correct answer.

Wasn't shooting for a "gotcha".  My wife can't do arithmetic to save her life, so I am conditioned to checking arithmetic.  I have to do her checkbook and even manage her calendar.

Forty two is the answer to "life, the universe and everything".  It is also binary 0100 0010.  Now looking at your palms, equate the binary digits to fingers (zero down, one up, leftmost to right) and see the results.  Douglas Adams got it right, forty two is the answer to "life, the universe and everything".

I was being comical; not serious.

Much like many people posting here.

I was trying to find a way.

Two twist turns in corners around.
