sergiobor
JUST TO CLARIFY:I think it's amazing game, I love the graphics, the entire story, the roll playing, the cities, the ruins, the dungeons. everything is grander and more perfect than the previous Elder Scrolls games.I don't want slagging I'm only express my disappointing about a lot of bugs that the game has.I'm a member of TEXNEXUS and this is a forum where we express our feelings. And I never said in my post that I'm disappointed with this site, quite the contrary. My words are only express my feelings about this game.I think that one should not justify our mistakes talking about the mistakes of others.I think we should learn from the mistakes of the past to have a better future. It is the only way of human progress. So do not think that one must justify the errors of this game compared to the errors of other games. We have to look ahead, so Bethesda too. ginnyfizz
..... and security partnership with steam, its a shame, I'm very disappointed. The game playability and updates with Steam is seamless, their partnership with Steam is really helped 'Us' (the consumers) a lot*. Also Steam hasn't hampered the game in any way at all... As compared to some of the titles I have known. I beg your pardon? The worst thing about Steam is the forced updates, us long term TES/Beth game players generally know better than to install Beth updates unless really necessary (as I just said elsewhere I was peed off at accidentally putting Steam online and updating the other week), for example when we want to use the CK when it comes out, we will have to update then. I hear you, OP, you never said anything derogatory about this site, the staff or other members as far as I can see. My personal experience with Skyrim has been that it really was far worse in the vanilla state than Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas as regards bugs. tem1980
Well, I know that I have some issues with steam, but really it is about the only thing breathing life into computer gaming. So many games brought together, and affordably priced, with awesome deals almost all the time. I guess all I can say regarding steam is that we have to take the good with the bad in terms of the updates, I have enough faith in Bethesda that "eventually" the major and most of the minor bugs will be worked out. Considering all my experience with it, steam has been very user friendly in terms of its policies. The steam app itself has come a long way since a few years ago as well, much more stable and responsive, however it needs a lot of work yet. As far as Skyrim itself. great game as it stands, could have been the end all-of games with more polishing/coding/QA by Bethesda. Although I have had a grand total of 0 quest breaking bugs and 3 CTD in nearly 370 hours of play.
marharth
I wonder.. why do people always look at the negative sides of something?Focusing on the negative side of things addresses the problems. Focusing on the good things does not fix the issues.
OliviaPanjkov
i hate it when i finish a miscellaneous quest and then it comes up as something i still need to do. i've got about 3 so far. its annoying to have heaps of miscellaneous quests
jdsnics
Over-exaggeration - since when does 3 = heaps? I have 2 - and I have the damn flute, drum, and lute from the bards college quests. Tons of problems!! OMG! Not to mention when I run a heist for Vex she doesn't take the item from me, then I have to sell it for more money than she gave me! Dang it!! I had a dragon fly backwards once!! C'mon, killed the game for me!!! The kids sound like little american kids. I'm shocked that they couldn't hire all them 8 year old native scandinavian kids that are fluent in english and decent voice actors to boot!! I mean... WTF?! seriously? And where are the babies????? And pregnant women?!?! Immersion breaking...totally! I love the game though, and I know the past games had no children until the Fallout series....but c'mon, they have heaps of money, they could do something right.... I really have to talk to my wife about this, she's straight from Sweden and absolutely fluent in English (in fact it was british english, which was wicked hot ..then she got americanized....) but I think she only started learning english when she was nine and didn't really speak it until she met me.... we might me seriously screwed with no hope in sight... And everyone is mean to me in the game... it's like they're all from Massachusetts or something. Bitter and sensitive. EVERYone!

Agreed 100% IMO, the ONLY time I can see forced updates being Ok is for a live online multiplayer game...but Skyrim is not that type of game, so we should decide whether to apply a patch or not. LHammonds
I guess some people don't realize that the Construction Kit is really what you are buying. Skyrim is just an example of what you can do with it. Sure, you can play the example for like 200 to 300 hours in its unmodified form with a single character...and then do it all over again with a different kind of character, but it will be the years of fun making / playing mods for it that will be what it is remembered for. JimboUK
Bugs are what Bethesda do best, thankfully they also let us mod their stuff. I honestly wouldn't bother with their games on consoles, it's the modding community that make their games worthwhile.
