Atreyuu2003
Bugs are what Bethesda do best, thankfully they also let us mod their stuff. I honestly wouldn't bother with their games on consoles, it's the modding community that make their games worthwhile. To all the cry babies, including the poster, I submit this to you: http://bit.ly/hGmWOB Deal with it! They will get all the bugs fixed! It is an enormous game, and these things are to be expected, for cryin' out loud!

The CK is where it's really at when it comes to Bethesda games, and why the games are still so worth it even with the initial bugs you get with them. Even with my well-documented distaste for vanilla Skyrim, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's only a matter of time before modders transform it into one of my favorite games on the planet. I've put 150 odd hours in, I've been very critical but there is fun to be had with it. That said I'm leaving it alone now and waiting to see what the community come up with, we can be sure in a years time the game will much improved, for now I'm playing Morrowind with it's near 10 years of mods. Are you alright? you seem lost, the official forums are over here, I hear they're giving away free Todd Howard posters, you should hurry as they are limited in number. It is an enormous game, and these things are to be expected, for cryin' out loud! Following your advice, I decided to "Deal with it!" and wait for a patch for 3 bethesda games I tried to play, but were too buggy to continue. So far I've been "Dealing with it!" since 1996, with no end in sight..... I'm still waiting for them to fix the bug in their SKYNET game from 1996 where there was a game breaking bug that you couldn't enter a building in order to continuethe game.Forcing you to restart a game from the beginning and hope that the bug wouldn't happen to your new character. No word on that patch yet. I'm still waiting for a patch for X-Car fro 1997 that makes the cars handle like cars instead of big-wheels on ice. I'm still waiting for a patch for Daggerfall from 1996 that lets me climb up a ladder, without slowly sliding through the wall next to me until I fall into a never ending abyss, andhave to restart my game. Complacency is what lets companies like EA abuse its customers, because there will always be a certain faction of players who will defend a company no matter how the company treats them. Yeah, because they fail to realise, a game is a product like any other and not a labor of love.
Matth85
I'll put it like this: If you got over 50 houres into the game, you got no right to complain. As you've currently got more playtime than the average new game. If you managed 100+ houres, you are nothing but a spoilt child for complaining. The game is huge, it was released a little too early and they are trying to fix what they can. Geez, you guys really don't deserve to play games like this. Considering all you can do is complaining and whining about it. So far I've been "Dealing with it!" since 1996, with no end in sight..... You whine about it, yet you keep buying new Bethesda games..... wait, what?

Yeah, because they fail to realise, a game is a product like any other and not a labor of love. Exactly. People who stick up for game companies like that certainly wouldn't stand in front of GM or FORD and tell the angry mob out front who were sold cars without steering wheels, or missing two wheels or an engine, to "Deal with it, it's to be expected that they forget to put all the parts in their cars"they'd be outraged and angry that the car they bought is missing parts, but when it comes to game companies. "They're human, they make mistakes, their games are going to be buggy".... When the manufacturing sector starts getting rejects in their products, they beef up their quality Control process, that's why companies use ISO9000 and other QC standards, why aren't the gaming companies raising their QC standards? sedeslav
Back in Oblivion I was opened console only few times ...i over two years! but in Skyrim I have to solve problems in console commands few times in one hour of playing! that is cruel true. abaris
I'll put it like this: If you got over 50 houres into the game, you got no right to complain. Everyone paid for the right to complain. Even though they probably got their moneys worth. If someone doesn't like to read complaints, the easiest way is to avoid going places where the title already suggests that complaints are part of the deal. The last thing any discussion needs is a headmistress waving her finger at misbehaving pupils. The "you've got no right" people are just as ridiculous as the "crap" folks, since both sides don't contribute anything to a discussion. Tell you what: If someone is starting handing out things for free, the you got no right argument is valid, since that would be a real labor of love. Otherwise it's just a product. The same as a car, a bag of beans or even the average wad of toilet paper.
HadToRegister
You whine about it, yet you keep buying new Bethesda games..... wait, what? Call me an optimist. For one, because considering all the bugs they've had in their other games, I would like to think that they are learning from their mistakes, but every game release seems to prove the opposite, as they seem plagued by the same bugs we've seen for a long time now. So I should just be a good consumer and continue to buy stuff that's broken and smile instead of complaining about it? That attitude is why the gaming industry keeps selling us junk, because people come into threads where people are complaining about a game and call them whiners, and defend the company who is making a shoddy product. Would you tell people they were whiners if Car Manufacturers started selling them cars with parts missing?
