cossayos
I loved that mod. Lost it due to a system crash and me saving everything through NMM. So all the files are lost and the author took it down. I'd like to manage my settlements as I did before, but I didn't find anything remotely close to what that mod did. Ethreon
The author took it down to fix it. Patience padawan.
cossayos
The author took it down to fix it. Patience padawan. OK, I feared he took it down because of theft and turned his back. It doesn't say anything about the reasons when I call it up.
mailleweaver
There is one called Settler Identity Card that lets you craft ID cards that give your settlers names. It doesn't display their jobs, but it's kind of close to what Don't Call Me Settler did.
damanding
Unfortunately Don't Call Me Settler does way more than just name settlers. It also lets you burn bodies in your settlements, improves the settlement attack warning system, creates quest markers to damaged resources after an attack, etc. Settlement attack warning: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4106/?Scrap Dead Things: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6497/? It doesn't cover all the things that DCMS does, but it's a couple of the big ones at least. NCRForever
The modder's reasoning is somewhat perplexing. What was wrong with the mod? I still have a copy of it and as far as I know, it was working great before I stopped using mods.
chucksteel
As far as I know it was something to do with Nuka-World. (Or so I've been told) Something about the way it turned the settlement system on is head by allowing you to raid the vary settlements you spent most of the game building and supporting. Â that's how I understood it but, even know if that correct.
NCRForever
Umm... That's just normal for the NW dlc. Which is why there's a mod to prevent that. NW was a farce. It was created just for the purpose of destroying everything that you built up. Kind of like a child spending hours, days, months building something, only to throw a tantrum and destroy it. Ethreon
Nw is the closest to Fallout we get and should've been available as default, not DLC. Anyway, if the author pulled it down they know better. Edited November 23, 2016 by Ethreon
NCRForever
Closest to Fallout? Fallout what? Raider edition? Douche bag edition? No Fallout game was ever like that. But, that has nothing to do with what the OP wanted to know. Back on track, shall we?
