exanimis
For me the worst part was having to fake that one death. I so wanted to kill that dweeb. Killing Ocheeva and Vincent wasn't one of my favorite killings since I really liked both of them. Finding only two new recruits in the sanctuary after the quest and getting that measly reward each week isn't worth bothering with.

xKaix
I didn't want to lose half the people you do. Luchien, Ocheeva, Valtieri, the whole Family (She only wanted to give them presents).
Eshenaleros
personally? I really hated killing the orc in the sanctuary. he was such a kind, if destructive, soul. he was my buddy. Thank sheogorath for the whispered warnings mod You know what I really liked about the quests? killing that Skooma addict. if you really talk to everybody, they hate him, and his girlfriend feels more pity for him than love. he was a parasite. troyatistic
I absolutely loathed killing everyone in the Cheydinhal Sanctuary. Ocheeva, Antoinetta Marie, M'raaj-Daar and Telaendril I could deal with, but I hated killing Gogron and Vicente and Teinaava in particular. :( And then when Lucien Lachance is killed by the other Speakers. Thanks to UESPWiki, I knew it was coming, and all the time while doing the quest during which Lucien dies I kept looking for some way to save him. My favorite NPC, period, in the whole game (with the exception of Sheogorath in Shivering Isles - I love him to bits too, but sadly he too sort of "dies" in the end). Gah, this is why the DB questline is the best, it's so damn horrible. :(
Arkady16
Antoinetta Marie i cracked up the first time i saw that name i knew she wasnt such a great person but i didnt know she was a dark brotherhood assassin no wonder they sliced off her head :P
iacuoj47
After the game is done and you have no one to kill, and you go to a statue. much rather be a killer, didn't join a assains guild to talk to a statue :wallbash:
Argomirr
I didn't like the Dead Drop quests. Well, not the quests, I liked those, but having to travel all across Cyrodiil to get your orders... It was horrible, just horrible.
Unavi
when i found out that i've killed those members. (when you get the notes). I was very angry at myself back then)i won't even talk about killin all the members of the Cheydinhal...that's obvious
Sonycus
my worst moment was actually having to kill the whole sanctuary.....it's a bit too radical even for a the Dark Brotherhood, besides , i dont get to meet bellamont until the death of lucien , even though in his diary he mentions his presence
