I'm building a new pc next week and I'm trying to figure out if i should go windows 10 or windows 7, I remember loving 7 on my old laptop but I read that win 10 does better for gaming but I've noticed some issues with some of the 3rd party programs like Mod organizer when using windows 10 on this pc. anyone have some concrete reason as to which is better?

I've used both and love the both of them. With Win 10 you may have some issues with some programs not working well but there are ways to resolve them. Win 10 was built with 64 bit in mind so it supports it well. Win 7 (a really great operating system) is no longer supported by MicroSoft so there will be no more updates leaving it open to hackers.

If I were to build a new gaming machine right now my choice would be Win 10 without a second thought.

I hope that this helps.

Bite the bullet and go with 10, it's nowhere near as bad as people make out and it's what current games, software, drivers etc are primarily being developed for. I would recommend the pro version as that lets you defer updates, if there's a bad one you can keep it at arm's length until it's fixed.

But there was a problem with memory management with win 10 with 32 bits Skyrim, wasn't? The limit of vram and ram memory to use was less than4,000 KB?

If the SKSE64 works and you'll be using the Special Edition I guess that won't be a problem, but I just wanted to mention it.

We recently read MS finally patched Win 10 for >4GB vram support in DX9 games including Skyrim. So far it's the only item removed from our Win 10 dealbreaker list.

Seriously? Wow, do I have to directly download something or comes with the automatic updates? this changes everything for me.

That's amazing news. I was not aware of that at all - thanks for sharing!
