That sucks~ you can look at some (only 2 atm) examples of working load orders here (oops it was a loverslab link, forgot what forum i was on xD) try looking for examples of load orders i guess! such as https://modwat.ch/u/AnonymousPotato/plugins and others on that site (there is no information if its working or not tho xD so don't trust just one but look for what they have in common!)

One thing you can always do if you want to troubleshoot is like disable half your mods, if that doesn't fix disable the other half, then half of that, then half of that etc.. and next time only mod a little at a time, testing frequently after adding mods.. and make backups when u get it stable! IK its generic advice but your problems are probably very specific and I don't know what they are D:

You need lloot tes 5 edit and mod organiyer. Chek the mod conlichth list whch red and need start put mod together to dont have conflict i now still hard if you avae 137 mod. Bit some mdo is not compatible because to old dile data or not compatible because lot mode is make conflict ecah other. And prepare to take at leat 5 hour to fix mod conflit because tes edit dont have option to automaticly stat fix. conflitc. i can say good play skyrim with mod but is the price is take your free dfay to fixit.

how big are your save games including how many hours have been spent in them, just literally opened the text doc and already noticed you have many script based mods, issue could very well be save bloat, loot and tes5edit will not fix these issues.

SexLAb, has been known in the past to cause save bloat, this in turn results in frequent Freezing, Stuttering and Crashing (and if not taken care of, save game corruption). and this would also apply to mods that require this mod. (i do not use this mod personally, but have seen a lot of posts where people are having issues, and this mod has been mentioned many times in said posts, also many people have confirmed that this mod has caused save bloat in the past)

so yea paste your save game sizes here, and then we will talk further.

Also, just to cover all bases, post your rig's stats. CPU, GPU (especially VRAM), etc.

For example, if your GPU only has 2 or 3 GB of GDDR5, and you're running a heavy mod list (lots of texture overhauls, for example) you could simply be running out of memory. That's a sure-fire CTD right there.

I am curious. I used LOOT and TesEdit to clean up my ITM and deleted references issues in my mods. However, LOOT still lists several of those in the main files (Update, Heathfire, Dawnguard and Dragonborn). Last time I played it crashed to desktop while inside The Bannered Mare, a common problem area for a lot of people.

Could this still be a mod affecting this, or do I need to clean up those main files' ITM and deleted reference issues?

Crashing during boot-time is usually a missing master.

Run TESVEdit, with ALL mods selected. If you're missing a master file, it will error and tell you which master is missing and which mod was trying to use it. Either get the missing master and add it, or remove the mod that is trying to use it.

Run TESVEdit again to check for MORE missing masters. IF you find none, you should be ready to go.

PS: Ignore the comment about Sexlab being a memory-hog--I've used it for quite some time and it has never been a problem. You can run into problems with OTHER mods that USE Sexlab as a master--some are very poorly written. But, Sexlab itself is top-notch work.
