Tragthemercenary
Do I need to have SKSE64? Or is SKSE64 just for special edition? My friend, I haven't played Skyrim SE, for a while, but I think that SKSE is not available for it, yet. Last I knew, the target date for it was April or May, 2018. There is a limited SkyUI available for SSE, but I don't know how well it works, without SKSE.
ShellyBeanie86
Oh, ok, I was watching youtube videos and they spoke of SE a lot. So, what's the difference between 64 and the older version?
Jannifer
Skyrim is a 32-bit program, and Skyrim Special Edition is a 64-bit program. As I understand it, the primary difference between the two is the way a 64-bit program handles memory. I'm sure that someone with more technical knowledge than I have can explain it better. And yes, SKSE64 is for Skyrim SE.
Dragonborn2020
Can skyrim handle a "8 to 10 core CPU" for skyrim special edition, and are those 52,000 mods available for special edition thank you.
