LadyMilla
They can make Fallout76 for those of us that have always dreamed of multiplayer coop with buddies (e.g. my best friend is not interested in single-player games, only really plays PC games that can coop the two of us), AND still make a new Fallout game down the line in the style of the single-player ones. They don't have to be mutually exclusive to each other.I suspect that is precisely what they are doing........ I wouldn't mind a bit more information on it though, (not to mention TESVI....) But, beth is notoriously closed-mouthed about what they are doing..... (I suspect sometimes it's because they don't know what they are doing.......) Just saw a tweet from Bethesda: "We’re blown away by the response to the B.E.T.A. Still sorting out the details but we’ll start letting you break-it in October. First on XB1, then PS4 and PC." Release date is November 14. With only about a month left for beta-testing, expect a serious bug-fest after release. But at least there will be enough time for the beta testers to cancel their pre-orders.
Mudran
Actually when I see Conan Exile problems some players write about, I wish they wouldn't implement mods that much - it looks like open to exploits that much it cannot be repaired, but maybe the reality isn't so serious, but for me an offline version, which would be possible to mod would solve even a lot of problems I have with Fallout 76 and I think some players would even buy for the full price just for the fact it would be fully moddable and without online problems. But that would be too much friendly to certain group of players. And I don't know if it wouldn't bring another bunch of problems.

Mods are not allowed on official servers. Many private servers do use mods, but it is relatively easy to find out what mods they use before you join them. In single player gameplay, mods do not affect anyone but the player who installed them. So I really do not see how it is relevant to Fallout 76. Deleted57218227User
I think Bethesda will get a new set of customers to buy FO76...the MMO type of players. They will replace us, and the game will be considered a success.
