If you have the Vortex Folder open when Upgrading, Vortex will delete everything in the Folder

When Upgrading to 0.15.2 from 0.14.3 I had the vortex folder open
I started the 0.15.2 installer and suddenly the Vortex folder window closed and Vortex said that it could not find Vortex.exe to uninstall, and gave me the option to Abort, Retry, Ignore.
So, cancelling that, I installed the version of vortex that allows you to pick the install folder, then left the folder closed, and then upgraded to 0.41.3 (this version will only run on my system if set to Administrator, of not set to Administrator it will just hang at the "Vortex" logo forever), after that, I upgraded to 0.15.2 making sure not to have the vortex folder opened.

This upgrade worked, but WILL FAIL, if you do this with the folder open.

Now the problem with 0.15.2 is that it insists that CBBE for Fallout 4 is named "repaired god 44 pistol" and when I double click on the mod to rename it, I can't change the text in the MOD NAME box.

Umm,

a) You do realize that we develop Vortex, not the installer? The installer is nsis which is one of the most widely used installers for around 15 years now.

b) If you have a folder locked then the installer (or any other application) can not delete it, that is how windows works and has always worked. Yes, if you keep application files locked then the installer will fail. The one and only available solution is: don't do it.
