The brighthouse one ( which is a backup ) which is 400 / 400

My primary line which is Verizon Fios 500 / 500

The results are mostly identical between the two

In both cases Switching my VPN on produced 16 - 2000 + kb a second for all US destinations and typically end up with corrupted files upon completion, ( im in florida ) and when I select a EU destination ( in this case SWEDEN ) I get a sustained 20 + Megabytes per second rate throughout with no corruption upon completion

It also did not seem to matter what server I was connected to.

Please could you clarify what your actual issue is? You haven't specified what your download speed is like without the VPN on all the different server options available to Premium Members, and we cannot control your connection quality through a VPN.

You state:

and when I select a EU destination ( in this case SWEDEN ) I get a sustained 20 + Megabytes per second rate throughout with no corruption upon completion

So you're getting 20MB/sec? What are you complaining about, exactly?
