Move this plugin at least 1 place down.

What does this do?

 

[X] Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp

[X] Enhanced Weather - REBOOT.esp

[X] Enhanced Weather - Sneak Bonus during Storms.esp

Since you also have Xepha's Dynamic Weather mod, you need to delete the above plugins.

 

[X] Enhanced Weather - Radioactive Rain and Snow Plugin.esp

[X] Enhanced Weather - Weather Sounds in Interiors.esp

You don't need to delete these 2 but they MUST be loaded right in front of Xepha's Dynamic Weather's plugins for them to work.

 

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Main.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Anchorage.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Broken Steel.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Rain.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Dynamic Sneak Bonus.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Main + DLC Merged.esp

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Sandstorms.esp

Put all of these plugins (and the ones from Enhanced weather which you can keep) all the way at the bottom of your load order.

 

Last one: Fellout and Xepha's Dynamic Weather don't work well together. At all. Delete Fellout if you want to keep Dynamic Weather's effects.

 

Once you've done all of the above, post your load order again.

Btw I decided screw it and I just deleted all of my weather mods. Could care less :/. Anyways, I just deleted it, but thanks a lot for the help. BTW Fallout 3 Patch #1 is a merged patch from FO3 Edit

Yes, but what does it merge?

 

Dynamic Weather is pretty cool when you install it properly. I suggest you try it again, because the effects are pretty interesting and well worth the effort of learning to install it properly.

Hey, it's totally interesting. But confusing also - is there a way to delete the Enhanced Weather noodles in the inventory? Don't need it when I have the W.A.R.M., no? If you answer that for me, it will help me understand how the mod works
