HadToRegister
According to the guides, you're going to have to download the entire game anyway, and install the SAME mods you have installed in Fallout 4 VR, because once you run into a bug in the DLC with VR, you're going to have to transfer your savegame to regular Fallout 4, load the game, get past the bug, save the game, then transfer it back to Fallout VR.You're going to run into those problem using Regular Fallout 4 DLC with Fallout VR
gromulos
Ok, I try to explain one more time :=) I got fallout 4 with season pass.I got fallout 4 VR. I have fallout VR installed.I have not fallout 4 installed. I read around and see all vr gamers playing with DLC packs. And they just draged the DLC from fallout 4 to fallout 4 VR and play, no craches and no nothing bad at all. Now, I am on mobile internet connection only, and can not or will not download the entire game fallout 4 to get hands of some small files that I want (The dlc pack only, or the workshops dlc to be exactly)So I was reading this reddit post of someone who explained how to download just the dlc for fallout 4.So I was trying that method, and it did not work for me. Now I wonder if someone know if the method working or know a way to get the dlc without downloading the entire game. The DLC's are NOT small lol
Deleted3082751User
^^ to be fair the OP did specifically state the workshop dlc ("The dlc pack only, or the workshops dlc to be exactly", which are pretty small in comparison. but yea, the reason bethesda games are so big is because of their dlc, its like 30GB for fallout 4+ dlc, and then only like 8 - 10 GB for fallout on its own, huge difference. and @Op it is not Legitimately possible to get the fallout 4 dlc with out downloading fallout, as the only legit way to get fallout is via steam (that i know of). and their is no option to only download the dlc (especially given the fact the dlc literally requires fallout itself), and not too mention that even if you did find a way issues will be inevitable. kiptanoi
Allright, I guess I wait until my internet connection is up or I can do a steam login at a friend and download the entire fallout 4 and copy it over to a usb ð

And what I'm saying is while I was researching your "Pancake" post, I ran across a thread explaining to people using the Regular Fallout 4 DLC with VR (UNSUPPORTED), that they will HAVE to have BOTH Fallout 4 with the DLC, and Fallout 4 VR with the DLC copied over Because Inevitably, and Eventually they will run into Bugs in the DLC which they cannot get past in VR, without copying their save over to regular FO4 and getting by the bug because Regular Fallout 4 DLC DOES NOT fully work with Fallout 4 VR.You can run a car with sugar in the gas tank for a little while too but eventually it ends up being a problem for the car.If you want to break your game though, that's your prerogative.
