CyniclyPink
Every morning I check my download history to see if there are mods that I need to endorse. For the last 3 days I get a message saying "please wait while we compile your Download History, it will take about 10 minutes" or something like that. Can you advise me how to solve this? Thanks. Thanks. It doesn't say it will take ten minutes before you can see your history. It warns it can take up to ten minutes before a newly downloaded mod will appear in the list. In my case, the list is generated within a few seconds, both on my profile or at individual games. It is true that since a couple of daus the lists act a bit wonky, after a sorting update has been implemented. Like, we can no longer see the time it will take before we can give an endorsement, and when updating an earlier downloaded mod, the thumbs-up icon is temporarily grey again. But that'll get sorted, I hope.
Pickysaurus
Hi CyniclyPink, I've just checked if your history is being generated and it seems to be there, the below screenshot contains the timestamps of your last downloaded mods (possibly in GMT+1) Are you blocking any scripts that run on websites or anything that could prevent this from appearing for you? When trying to endorse a mod you have just downloaded (i.e. <15 minutes ago) you should still receive this message: Is that not showing up for you? When trying to endorse a mod you have just downloaded (i.e. <15 minutes ago) you should still receive this message: Is that not showing up for you? Sure, I get that message. But it used to show the countdown from 15 to zero minutes in the "Endorsement" column and now it no longer does. Instead that column shows a grey thumbsup/abstain icon, even for mods you previously endorsed and you just updated. Once the fifteen minutes expired, the grey icon turns to green automatically on previously endorsed mods. I'm using Google Chrome, by the way. *EDIT* I just noticed a small change: got an update for the Workshop Framework mod and on the Fallout 4 Download History page, the mod keeps showing as endorsed now. But when I hit my profile top right and then go to Download History, that same mod's endorsement icon is grey. Looks like someone is still working on it. NullForceOmega
I am having issues with the download history page as well. Before it was updated on the 3rd, it functioned normally, now it either hangs forever or displays the 'please allow 10 minutes for new downloads to appear in this list' forever. Correction, this issue occurs specifically on my primary browser (the soon to be useless Internet Explorer). Firefox is extremely slow to load the download history tab. Dark0ne
We have recently changed the download history page as part of routine updates to the site. If you're using a browser plugin like NoScript and the download history works if you disable that plugin, then there's your issue. Our site relies heavily on javascript in order to work, so blocking javascript on Nexus Mods is a bad idea. This is going to happen more regularly as we update our code and replace old systems with new ones.
