bravo1c
Hi Guys, First post here, can you install mods with the default mod store in Fallout 4 and on Vortex or should you use one or the other? Not sure if this has been posted before but any help would be great in this subject.

Guest deleted34304850
creation club is my guess.if you download creation club mods they will be auto-installed by the game itself.they will be visible in vortex after you have downloaded them and the game has installed them, but that's about it as far as vortex goes, as they're pretty much all esl/esm and will be loaded in pre-determined slots regardless. HadToRegister
To the OP, thank you for calling CC what it really is, a "Mod Store" despite Bethesda insisting that it's "not paid mods", because no matter how much they deny it, and the fact that they put "tokens" in between the Mod and the actual MONEY, they feel they can insist, it's not "Paid Mods" Money----->Mods = Paid ModsMoney----->Tokens----->Mods = Not Paid Mods according to Berthersderp. pra
Is Vortex doing something like the virtual FS stuff, like Mod Organizer 2?In the latter, whenever you download something from the CC store, it is put into the "Override" pseudo-mod. You can then make a real mod entry out of it, or move the files to an existing one manually. What Vortex does, no idea...
