Do not use vortex. Have you tried reinstalling v. 0.16.8 over the update? That appears to have worked for some folk. (See some of the other comments in this thread.) Hey, remember that time when everybody upgraded to NMM 0.60.0 about a year or two ago when it completely destroyed everybody's Mod Installs?I mean COMPLETELY WIPED their load order, mod lists, and wiped out their mods.
