32 bit went the same way as 16 bit and 8 bit before it.

are you on windows 8? you may want to look to upgrade to win10. it's not as bad as people say - if you ignore the tinfoil hat brigade.

A lot of libraries nowadays are no longer updated for 32bit so supporting it becomes increasingly difficult and insecure. It would be a considerable effort to create a 32-bit version (which would in turn delay all other feature development) and it may negatively impact the security even for 64bit users.

That's just not a sensible deal to support ~0.15% of users.
