So my skyrim se crashed, but I can't get it to run properly again.

My skyrim se game crashed, as usual but It always crashes my game about 5 seconds into the loading screen when starting a new game or continuing one and I tried sorting out my load order using LOOT but I still doesn't work and I tried SSEEDIT to clean up my mods but It won't work either I even tried to verify the integrity of my game files using steam but it won't work so what I did was start a new game but with all my mods disabled and it worked perfectly and I even got out of helgen so after that I turned on all my mods and tried to load the same save file and it crashed less than 10 seconds into the loading screen so I've lost all hope but, I'm trying so find a solution here, so if you guys would be kind enough to help me on my problem that would be amazing, thanks.

In windows file explorer add the tab to sort by 'date created', then start disabling mods in the order of the most recent one you added to the next and so on, until you can get a new game to load.

- Then re-activate all the mods except for the last one you had removed... and see if you can get a game going... and re-deactivate them until you get a game going with as few of them de-activated as possible...

So It worked and I can finally play, I've found the culprit its Rustic Clothing.

Does Rusting clothing have an ESP?

Rustic Clothing Does Not have an Esp, having checked the file preview for it.

 

i believe this was an insufficient resources issue (More Specifically Vram).

 

Which would be Very Likely if you opted for 4k version and attempted to load into a town with many NPC(s) all wearing the 4k texture clothing, this would result in a CTD very quickly if you ran out of Vram, as the way skyrim works, is it loads everything in the cell upon loading screens, which is why it could easily crash when transitioning and or loading a current save game, as you run out of Hardware Resources.
