Vortex when installing mods for skyrim I get error "failed to bake servings files"

I get this error and it gives me a path to my skyrimprefs.ini.base anyone willing to help me out

How do I check to find that out, I'm dumb when it comes to mods and all this

I checked now and the whole file "games" is set to read only but the extact file is not

We may have discovered the issue. You probably "Controlled folder access" set in Windows Defender.
