ZicXox
As the title says, I'm having low FPS on a modded Skyrim, my GPU and CPU should be enough to run the game on high or ultra I believe (GTX 1050ti and I7 7700hq), I believe it could be my amount of mods or perhaps specific mods, heres my load order: 0 0 Skyrim.esm 1 1 Update.esm 2 2 Dawnguard.esm 3 3 HearthFires.esm 4 4 Dragonborn.esm 5 5 Lanterns Of Skyrim - All In One - Main.esm 6 6 Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp 7 7 Campfire.esm 8 8 FlowerGirls SE.esm 9 9 RaceCompatibility.esm 10 a Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp 11 b dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp 12 c SMIM-SE-Merged-All.esp 13 d EnhancedLightsandFX.esp 14 e iNeed.esp 15 f iNeed - Extended.esp 16 10 Cutting Room Floor.esp 17 11 Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp 18 12 SkyUI_SE.esp 19 13 Immersive Wenches.esp 20 14 Dolomite Weathers.esp 21 15 T'Skyrim - True Skyrim.esp 22 16 OpulentThievesGuild.esp 23 17 TKAA.esp 24 18 ImmersiveCityGates.esp 25 19 Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim.esp 26 1a Run For Your Lives.esp 27 1b Keep It Clean.esp 28 1c Inigo.esp 29 1d Hunterborn.esp 30 1e Immersive Patrols II.esp 31 1f Frostfall.esp 32 20 VanillaOptimized.esp 33 21 Realistic-Voice.esp 34 22 50 More Perk Points.esp 35 23 Chesko_LoreBasedLoadingScreens.esp 36 24 icepenguinworldmapclassic.esp 37 25 beltfastenedquivers.esp 38 26 FNIS.esp 39 27 Hunterborn - Campfire Patch.esp 40 28 Hunterborn - iNeed Patch.esp 41 29 SOSRaceMenu.esp 42 2a XPMSE.esp 43 2b Vigor - Combat and Injuries (SE).esp254 FE 0 True Skyrim - Wintersun Patch.esp 44 2c Schlongs of Skyrim - Light.esp 45 2d SkyHUD.esp 46 2e DCoN - Stress.esp 47 2f Guard Dialogue Overhaul.esp 48 30 FlowerGirls SE - IW Patch.esp 49 31 FlowerGirls SE - Wintersun.esp 50 32 Better Vampires.esp 51 33 Ars Metallica.esp 52 34 Lucien.esp 53 35 DiverseDragonsCollectionSE.esp 54 36 DeadlyDragons.esp254 FE 1 Deadly Dragons - Diverse Dragons Collection Patch.esp254 FE 2 Deadly Dragons - Main Towns Not Safe Zones.esp 55 37 Keep it Clean - Hunterborn Soaps Patch.esp 56 38 WetandCold.esp254 FE 3 Qw_ArsMetallica_SMIM_MergedAll Patch.esp 57 39 NineDivinesRenewal - ENG.esp254 FE 4 LanternsOfSkyrimELFXpatch.esp254 FE 5 Lanterns of Skyrim SE - Various Weather Mods Preset - Lvl 1.esp254 FE 6 Lanterns of Skyrim SE - Various Weather Mods Preset - Lvl 2.esp254 FE 7 Lanterns of Skyrim SE - Various Weather Mods Preset - Lvl 3.esp254 FE 8 Lanterns of Skyrim SE - Various Weather Mods Preset - Lvl 4.esp254 FE 9 Lanterns of Skyrim SE - Various Weather Mods Preset - Lvl 5.esp 58 3a YOT - Keep it Clean.esp 59 3b UNP Vanilla Outfits.esp 60 3c GirlHeavyArmor.esp 61 3d CharacterMakingExtender.esp 62 3e EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp 63 3f TakeNotes.esp 64 40 SGEyebrows.esp 65 41 12FemaleBrows.esp 66 42 TKDodge.esp 67 43 NoRadialBlur.esp 68 44 FixedYourShitTodd.esp 69 45 Insignificant Object Remover.esp 70 46 Facelight.esp 71 47 Realistic Haircolors.esp254 FE a SINful CBPC MCM.esp 72 48 TAR-DarkBrotherhoodReplacer.esp 73 49 TAR-GuildMaster1stPersonFix.esp 74 4a TAR-ThievesGuildReplacer.esp 75 4b TrissArmorRetextured.esp 76 4c KS Hairdo's.esp 77 4d AmazingFollowerTweaks.esp 78 4e Immersive Weapons.esp 79 4f Cutting Room Floor TKAA Patch.esp 80 50 PrinceandPauper TKAA.esp 81 51 Imperious - Races of Skyrim.esp 82 52 Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim.esp 83 53 Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim.esp 84 54 Apocalypse - Ordinator Compatibility Patch.esp 85 55 Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp 86 56 Realistic AI Detection 2 SE Lite.esp 87 57 Immersive Wenches -Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul Patch-.esp 88 58 Relationship Dialogue Overhaul.esp 89 59 RDO - AFT v1.66 Patch.esp 90 5a RDO - CRF + USSEP Patch.esp RDO - USSEP Patch.esp 91 5b Wildcat - Combat of Skyrim.esp 92 5c UltimateCombat.esp 93 5d Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp 94 5e Alternate Start LAL TKAA Patch.esp 95 5f ELFXEnhancer.esp 96 60 Immersive Citizens - ELFXEnhancer patch.esp 97 61 RealisticWaterTwo.esp254 FE b RealisticWaterTwo - Needs Mod Patch.esp 98 62 RealisticWaterTwo - Waves.esp 99 63 RealisticWaterTwo - Keep It Clean.esp254 FE c RealisticWaterTwo - Watercolor.esp
Deleted58783396User
strongly recommend downloading the Unofficial Enhanced Lights and Fx Patch: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5520?tab=files otherwise you will get severe framedrops in places other things to try which will greatly improve performance are: Drop Shadows down to High Set Shadow Draw Distance to Medium Disable God Rays Note: All 3 Options are found in the Skyrim Launcher Are you Running an ENB ? Alright, I tried all 4 of those, it helped slightly but not much, In Riverwood I'm getting around 40-49 still, I'm not running an ENB either. Deleted52993206User
I have a gtx 1050ti and a quad core processor as well and I get low frames in some areas. I've installed over 200 mods and I've noticed it's killing my frames a bit, I just put my AA to low rather than high and it's helped quite a bit but the game looks a little pixelated. I've just decided to take the L on this one because the 1050ti isn't the best card out there for this type of gaming. Lets take the witcher 3 for example, it's a similar looking game when skyrim is modded out yet the 1050ti can only get roughly 50 frames on medium settings. So skyrim on the 1050ti fully modded out on high settings (especially textures and AA) is going to be even worse. I'm upgrading to 1660ti soon, which will give me more than enough frames on all high settings with mods.
Pippboss
The more mods you add the worse it will become. SSE will use the system resources your PC has. Then beg for more RAM/VRAM.Throwing another GPU and more CPU cores and RAM at the problem will only go so far. Be prudent with the size/quality of textures you add to your load order. Throw enough mods and high res textures at SSE you can and will bring even the newest of PC's to its knees. Even though i get lower FPS than desired with 180+ mods an a whole bunch of high res textures my game is still butter smooth. Yea I get dips into the high 40's in busy crowded area's but unless I'm watching an FPS counter I'd not notice it one bit. Ask yourself is the game smooth and stable? If the answer is yes go play have fun an switch off the FPS counters. As for a 1660ti you'll most likley be able to run at Ultra with an ENB and a whole bunch of 4k textures.
