Modding skyrim vr with Vortex = cant play

Vortex makes 2 files in C:\Users\{account name}\AppData\Local\Skyrim VR (loadorder.txt & plugins.txt). after the 2 files are made Skyrim VR will not start or even start steam vr. to ever start the game after that i must delete the loadorder.txt & plugins.txt then skyrim vr will run as normal.

 

when trying to start skyrim vr with the files in place steam will do the normal -running by the name and 20 sec later its like i never tried to start the game.

It's possible you've installed mods with incompatible BSAs or outdated SKSE mods. Those usually cause a crash on loading the game.
