StoneEagle194
I'll break it down more I saw that support ended when logging in to nmm and that I should install Vortex using the linked guideI followed that guide exactlyThe Deploy function was done automatically None of the mods got plugged in despite being recognized by Vortex in the 'mod' section of the interface After trying to switch the folders nothing happenedI found the files on my computer and put them in a brand new folder to attempt to install them manuallyDid a test with a stand alone weapon modNo luckI came here, and upon saying the guide was not good and was met with denial even after I said that followed the guide to the letter. After all that s#*! pardon the f*#@ outta me for not recognizing your oh so honest attempt to help
StoneEagle194
Like don't preface helping with immediate denial and place all the blame on me when s#*! isn't clear. Don't present things as simple in a guide when it's not. Don't leave warnings about migrating lots of mods over to Vortex in wiki pages. Don't tell people to delete things in a guide only to say you shouldn't do that then go back and claim the guide is still good. And certainly don't call someone half-informed for following a guide that looks so straightforward, again, containing no warnings of any sort. After all that s*** pardon the f*** outta me for not recognizing your oh so honest attempt to help I went through the guide step by step a couple of posts ago, and you SKIPPED A STEP. You were supposed to open VORTEX and DISABLE ALL the Mods, then OPEN NMM and DELETE the MODS. You said more than once, that you INSTEAD Opened NMM, Disabled all the mods, then Deleted all the mods in NMM.

StoneEagle194
No, I didn't skip a step, I did, in fact, go to Vortex and disable while NMM was closed after importing everything, then deleted everything from NMM while Vortex was closed. Then reopened Vortex after to hit the deploy buttonAgain the guidedoes notf*#@ingworkWhen I said I followed it to the letter I f*#@ing meant it. I must have left a step out from my original post. Either way that's not the solution and thinking that a straight forward guide would work was easily the dumbest s#*! I've ever done. I've already restored my Skyrim back to normal
Guest deleted34304850
you seriously need to tone down the aggression in your posts.we're trying to help you here. if you dont want the help simply walk away and go do something else. no-one here needs your openly aggressive posts each time someone tries to help you.
