DarkSpiderDotJAV
ive had this problem since the last update in june, i had recently bought fallout for pc and downloaded some mods and was having a good time playing for awhile. i didnt know nor think to turn off the auto update from steam and had to wait for a new version of F4SE to release. ever since i updated F4SE i can see these markers. i recently found a video of someone using creation kit and noticed these same markers. is there a way to fix this or hide them using creation kit or fo4 edit?.Thank you for your time
HadToRegister
Once you update Fallout 4, and F4SE, you also need to update the Mods that use F4SE

Glass1411
DarkSpider have you looked at your Fallout4.ini to see if you have map markers enabled? To do this go to C:\Your Computer Name\My Documents\Games\Fallout4In the Fallout4 folder you will see Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Pref.ini or they may appear just as files Fallout4 and Fallout4Pref, you will want to start with the Fallout4.iniThese files can be opened with notepad by right clicking on them and choosing open with and browsing to "Notepad".Once you have opened the files look under [Display] or simply search for bShowMapMarkers=0 if you have this setting in one of your inis either change it to bShowMapMarkers=1 or just delete the line and the save the file. If bShowMapMarkers=0 is not in your Fallout4.ini or Fallout4Pref.ini then you may have a mod that is adding itself, if that's the case you'll need to search you DATA folder for any mods that are adding .ini files and check those .inis for bShowMapMarkers=0. EDIT/Clarification: Removing or disabling bShowMapMarkers in your inis will not harm your game or save games, map markers are visual aids used by Devs and Mod Authors.
