gameknight
I Didn't play Fallout 4 for at least one year. I decided to play again. I have over 200 mods, script extender and NMM. Is it better to transfer mods from NMM or I should delete everything and start fresh?
DoctorKaizeld
Honestly, I suggest starting fresh and using your old list as a guide of sorts
rmm200
If you still have all your mod archives (zips, etc) they are still good.Clean everything out of NMM first, and clean your game directory. I do mean clean - no vestige of old mods or NMM. Then drag your mod archives to Vortex and let it install them.
HadToRegister
Keep your setup the way it is and play.Don't import them over to Vortex, you're better off keeping what you already have installed and use NMM. No need to start fresh if you have everything already installed.
DoctorKaizeld
okay, quick correction to my post. 1) if your game still works and you don't want to add a bunch of big mods then yeah don't bother switching over to Vortex 2) import the mods and then reinstall them don't just toss them out was what I meant to say if you plan to start over and use Vortex
