Gyzzidonth
Save Game Cleanup Options Add new column of check-boxes (one next to each save game), as well as a "delete all selected" button above them. Add configurable option to settings:Auto-delete saves older than # day(s) on start and/or close of Vortex. (# = however many days back you want to put in)
HadToRegister
Just want to point out, in addition to your suggestions, that there is the ability to Shift-Click and select multiple saves to delete, same with CTRL-ClickI would also like an Auto Backup and Delete if the saves are so many days old
Tannin42
Sooo "auto-delete saves older than ... on start" - f you stop playing for a few months and want to come back into the game, Vortex starts by deleting all your saves? Such a feature may be able to save you a few seconds every couple of days if in the best case and in the worst case it will cost you the entire playthrough, I don't thinks that's a great trade-off. Even if we make it smarter, like "delete saves that are x days older than the newest save for the same character" it may mess things up, e.g. because you decided to start a quest mod and after a couple of saves notice that it breaks something and would like to go back. I don't think this is something that should be automated. It doesn't take long to shift-select a bunch of mods and then hit the delete button but this gives you an opportunity to review what you're doing. AugustaCalidia
Tannin42's opinion is mine as well. I'm a save hoarder. In fact, I have Oblivion saves from 10 years ago that I have used repeatedly over the years. Shift + click is the only "saves" management tool that I need.
