Plugins Deactivated when I save?!

So I am playing Fallout 4 with 241 mods running and I believe their load order to be correct and no conflict is going on.

( I am using Vortex obviously).

My main issue is when I continue from where I stopped everything is fine until my next manual save or autosave. When I load my new save, most of my plugins are deactivated or basically go through a "reset".

For example:

clothing mod would be deactivated- I find my character naked

Companion mod deactivated- disappeared

Mods that start with a quest to find a certain item- the quest restarts and I get a pop up to initiate it although I finished the quest a while ago

weird issue with certain weapons mod- I would have the weapon in my inventory but when it equipped it is invisible.

Loading the original save would lead to the game crashing, loading an even earlier save would result in the same issue happening (mentioned above).

Any clue what should I do?

Final note: Is there a way to export my list of active plugins from Vortex?

Are you starting the game from Vortex?

Is the Launcher (Default Fallout 4 game Launcher) starting?

I start the game from Vortex but I do use F4SE, so yup, I launch F4SE from Vortex.

It skips the Fallout 4 game launcher.

Are you saying this is happening at runtime (i.e. you haven't closed the game). Vortex doesn't make any changes while the game is running. It could be the Bethesda.net integration or something else messing with your plugins.txt file.

Yes it would happen at runtime.

The only thing I know of that intentionally changes the load order at runtime is the Bethesda.net integration.

Do you have any old mod managers open in the background? Wyrebash or NMM? Loot?

Does it happen if you close Vortex and start the game from the script extended directly?

Negative, none of the old mod managers in the background and yes it does happen with the script extended directly.

Where is your Vortex DOWNLOAD folder located

Where is your Vortex MOD STAGING Folder Located?

Where did you install Vortex?

Where are your games located?

I actually managed to solve it and here is how (first of all, thanks to everyone who tried to help me).

1. Opened Wyrebash (for the first time ever) - found out that I had more than 255 mods apparently (although in vortex it said 250) .

2. Got the mods to the 255 limit

3. Launched the game from Wyrebash- game crashed while waiting for a save to laod.

4. Launched it from Vortex...it worked!!!!!!

Note: At the menu when I choose to continue or to load..I would get the infinite loading screen and the only solution is to alt tab for a bit (the longer the better) - return back to the game and the loading part with the spinnable model would initiate.
