Hello, Mr. Sicwan, from the Rabbit. You know that these things are not personal. Once you report these things to the Moderators it is out of your hands. How do you know that they did act upon it and decided that nothing was did wrong? If they find that the person was innocent of any wrongdoing they are not beholding to notify you in response. It is best to just notify them and then go merrily on your way providing you do not have a vested interest in the affair like if it was your own work. That has always worked for me.

Perhaps I need to make myself more clear Mr Rabbit. I wish to submit a DMCA Take down notice, as the images are indeed subject to copyright and permission has not been given for them to be used.

Assuming you hold the copyright to the images, you may want to fill out this DMCA form provided by the Nexus to file a DMCA takedown notice. Before you do that, I would suggest you look over this page if you haven't already. Filing a DMCA takedown notice isn't something to do lightly and you will need to provide details like your real name, address, and other personal information. Further, websites may send the DMCA takedown notice - including your personal information - to the party that has been accused of infringement (though I do not believe the Nexus would do this).

While I do not hold the copyright, I am an authorized agent of the copyright holder. I was tasked by the copyright holder to ask if the user would remove the images, and find out what we needed to do if they did not. So after the mod creator did not respond, I reported the mod and asked what needed to be done if we wanted to file a take down notice, also letting them know the information of who owned the images and provided links. We tried taking steps to resolve the issue before pursuing a take down notice.
