Mods not appearing in Skyrim after transferring mods from NMM to Vortex

So I recently switched my mod manager from NMM to Vortex. I used Vortex to brings the mods over. Was already having issues with some mods not loading before and I switched to Vortex to get all of my mods to load. Currently most of my mods are not loading and I'm completley lost. Little help guys

Did you follow the Import Guide, or did you do it some other way?

Used the import tool that Vortex had

You'll have to be more specific. Which mods? How do you know they're not working? Have you enabled the plugins/do the plugins show up? etc
