Hi mates,
Sorry if i post this in a wrong spot. I have got a question and need an explanation, pls.
I am running fallout 4 via vortex with the fallout-4-script-extender-updater. Since yesterday I get this mesage when I use the f4se updater:

“You are using a newer version of fallout than this version of FS4e supports. If this version just came out, please be patient while we update our code...
Runtime 1.10.162 F4SE 0.6.17”
I understand that the new F4SE version must be 0.6.19 due to the silverlock-page. My question is: Can I just relax and wait and in a day or two I can run the game again. Or must I do something on my own? Hope my mods and built villages are still there. ;)
Thx fort your help

So this updater-Mod doesn´t update? Do I get this right?

I assume you're talking about the Fallout4.exe Auto Backup mod by Cdante.

You need to restore the Fallout4.exe from the auto_backup_executable folder inside your game directory

The mod doesn't automatically overwrite the Fallout4.exe.

Read the Mod Description page for the details

Thx mates,

I have got me the last f4se version per 7zip from silverlock.org as last time. Running now. Thx.
The thing I spoke of is called "Fallout 4 script extender updater" 1.00 (utilities). It is a nexus mod and installed on my vortex and I thought this one would somehow fix it automatically when a new version of f4se comes. ^^

Doesn´t matter anymore, thx for your help.

"Fallout 4 script extender updater" is just a batch file. It is not a mod to be installed by Vortex.

It has to be run manually as needed. Nothing automatic Vortex can do.
