Vortex showing games in Unmanaged folder that I never owned

A first world problem, but it's my first world problem.

 

I selected a scan, and now there's a ton of games in unmanaged games folder that I've never owned or installed (mods or otherwise), and I can't remove them.

 

I really don't want to reinstall, but I expect that's my only option. What gives?

That's a listing of all the games Vortex supports.
Once you pick the games you want to manage, then another window will show titled "Managed", then you can minimize the Unmanaged Screen.

There used to be 3 screens, Managed, Umanaged, and Supported

I guess the Supported and Unmanaged were combined together

The greyscale ones and the one Vortex hasn't detected. The colour ones are ones you can manage (but aren't currently managing).

 

You can use the search to hide the ones you don't want to see or use the little menu on each tile to hide them.
