Premium Ownership

I just wanted to pop in and mention how very happy I am with the service. I payed for this many years ago deciding to get the lifetime service because this site in my mind will always be here for modders. I have been away from the modding scene since 2015 and recently returned. I have to say coming back and finding my account still active and my premium service still in place was a nice welcome and made me realize what a professional group of Admins this site has. I was able to reset my password and jump right back into modding as if i was never away this to me is well worth the cost of membership and support of this site.

It's always good to hear about a good story, instead of just the regular complaints. That makes me smile. Thanks for sharing that, JQdude.

I can relate. I had been gone since 2012. I was HIGHLY surprised to find out that account was still here. And even more surprised to find out that if I want to, I could switch back to that old account again, if I wanted to give this one up. (Much thanks on that one PickySaurus!)

So yeah. Pretty much as long as we leave in good standing, there's nothing to worry about :)

SnowFox- some places will do that. Get rid of old accounts that haven't been active for X amount of time. I know I've lost several email accounts from that. Made them up, then never used them.

I know that I had to make a new account for Guild Wars a few years ago, cuz I went about 4 years without playing, and they deleted me. (Which sucked, I was about 140 bucks into that account!)

  • 5 weeks later...

I'm glad some peoples accounts were the same when they came back. My experience is different. I payed for a lifetime premium membership years ago and I logged in today to find my account deactivated and my premium status gone. Also all my user images are gone as well...

I was forced to change my username and password (which is fine), but now everything is gone. How do I get my lifetime premium membership back and my user images?

Send an email to [email protected] with as much detail as possible, the username, any payment details that sort of thing, it would also help to send it from the email associated with the account.

The account you're using has never been Premium. Meaning you've logging into a different account.

If you can send your membership purchase invoice to [email protected] we'll help you track down the correct account.
