UAC Dialouge problems on Code Vein

So I have been trying to fix this myself for a few days now. The Title pretty much says it all.

I only want to deploy 2 mods for Code Vein but it keeps stopping after I accept the UAC dialouge.

Here's some of the things I already tried or made sure of:

- Vortex is not run as admin

- Code Vein and the Mod Staging folder are on the same drive

- The mods are up to date

- Vortex is on it's newest version

 

I have been reluctant about firewall access but if it's required I'll give it a try.

 

Edit: I got it fixed. Turns out Vortex was having issues cause I didn't have my G Drive, where Code Vein is installed, as a search place for game scans. Did some option clicking and now I have Hardlink Deployment and everything works

Make sure UAC is turned on in Windows.

 

Also, if you're using Windows Defender, be sure to turn off "Controlled Folder Access"

All of those are true. Still won't work even though I have Admin access on my PC.
