I consider my PC to be mid-tier. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. Bought and assembled the parts in August 2018 after having used my prior system for almost seven years (i7 3770K/AsRock Z77 eXtreme11 mainboard/MSI R7970 Lightning). The GPU was replaced in 2016 with an MSI RX-470 GamingX 8GB which in turn was replaced in May 2018 with what I currently have.

Windows 10 Enterprise 64-Bits on a Samsung EVO860 500GB SSD

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X

GPU: Gigabyte RX Vega 64 OC

RAM: HyperX Fury Black 2x16GB@2666MHz (OCed to 2800) (Bought yesterday to replace 2x8GB KHX Fury Red@2400MHz)

Motherboard: AsRock X470 Taichi Ultimate

PSU: Antec DHC Platinum 1000

Sound: good ol' Logitech Z5500 5.1 Digital on a Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Pro soundcard

Extra external sound: Pioneer VSX422 with 5.0 JBL XTi20 surround speakers (subwoofer is a Dayton SUB-1200)

Input: Logitech G19 keyboard with a Logitech G602 mouse

Case: CoolerMaster Cosmos C700P

Monitor: Samsung FHD SMART TV 5870 (93cm/37inch)

Storage: 39TB divided between the aformentioned SSD, Seagate Barracudas, Seagate Constellations and Seagate Iron Wolfs (2, 4 and 8TB -two, of which are in an IcyBox actively cooled external USB3 enclosure)

Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.

Intel i7 9700kf

Asus ROG Strix mb

16gb Gskill Ram

GTX 1060 6gb vid card. (ac3 cooling, FTW model)

500gb M2 drive for O/S.

500gb Crucial SSD for games, and such.

From pressing the power button, to having a usable windows desktop, is less than 30 seconds on this machine. Game performance/stability is awesome. I may upgrade my vid card when tax returns come in, but, probably not. It runs great, does what I want it to.

I built this one when my old AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black-based system stopped booting. :D Re-used the case, power supply, and a couple SSD's ot save money on the new build.

500 GB NVMe M.2 O/S

3x480GB HyperX SAVAGE SSD's

2x4TB WD HDD for storage.

2x500GB USB-C SSD's for stuff.

Creative SB X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro v3 Sound Blaster
