How to uninstall a mod from skyrim after I have uninstalled Vortex?

I have uninstalled Vortex back in the day, but didn't uninstall modded Skyrim, then I have installed Vortex again to maybe uninstall the mod with it but I didn't find out how. It seems that I have the mods but I have no way of managing them, how do I link already installed mods to Vortex? You should've uninstalled all the mods BEFORE you uninstalled vortex.

This applies o ANY Mod Manager

You can't expect Vortex to pick up where it left off after you uninstalled it, which in doing so, removed all of the data vortex NEEDED

 

 

 

To start clean, you're going to have to delete the game folder and verify your files through steam.

If you didn't clear your appdata folder for Vortex, reinstalling it may allow you to remove it, but it depends on a lot of things.
