Witcher 3 script merger, mod manager download or manual download?

So im basically asking if i do the mod manager download for script merger will it automatically set it up on Vortex?

No, you need to manually download it and install it.

I believe this is explained in the information that is part of the "load order" tab. The current release of Vortex requires you to install it manually. That may change in a future update though.
