Snarlymagician
I open vortex to install a new mod, and then I see some mods are redundant, then it shows me nearly every single mod I've installed for Fallout New Vegas. I look in the folders of each mod, and theres nothing. Literally nothing except bits and scraps of what the mods once contained, literally no ESPS, no ESMS, no loose files or archives. I'm so goddamn confused on why the mod manager would f*#@ing do this. This happened to my Fallout 4 mods before, and I'm pissed. Is there ANY way possible I could restore my mods? I would re-download them but nexus seems to cap downloads at less than a megabyte a second.

Pickysaurus
Vortex doesn't do this by itself. The most likely scenario is, you deleted all the files in data (or moved your game to a new location). Vortex then prompted you about the "External changes" and you saved the delete. It's possible you can restore the mods by reinstalling them rather than redownloading them.
