Mods not showing up on plugins tab after deploying (Vortex 1.2.17)

I am using Vortex version 1.2.17 and am trying to mod Fallout 4. I am using Windows 10, 64x, and 24gb of ram. I am using 51 mods and have 81 plugins active I am receiving a message that reads "Missing Masters." Most mods were able to deploy and are in the plugins but some are not.

That message is saying those plugins are present but they are disabled. Enabling those plugins should fix that message.

In the mod tab both of the mods are enabled but are not showing up in the plugins.

Do you by any chance have the STATUS Filter in the Plugins tab set to ENABLED?

If you do it will only show the plugins that are enabled.
