trog69
Good morning. I am excruciatingly incompetent and practically PC illiterate. I get the "No such file or directory, stat "C:\Users\Tom\AppData..." I can affirm that there is no folder like this. No "AppData" folder is there. What do I do now? Thanks for any help. I've been using NMM since Vortex first arrived and I found it far too unwieldy for my illiteracy to comprehend the issues it claimed back then. I am still unable to parse what is wanted from me to fix this issue, but Grim Dawn is not seen by NMM, so I thought I'd try Vortex again. I was not surprised to find that, even with a new OS install and now only one drive for game installs, I still am stuck at the very start. EDIT: I was looking at a mod for Grim Dawn and it mentioned a location that is not on my system. "C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Grim Dawn" I found the C:\Users\[username]\Documents, but no "My Games" after that. In fact, the "Documents" folder is empty. Pickysaurus
I'm reading the source code of the Grim Dawn support here: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/vortex-games/blob/1f5c748849f1a10216ebac20987d0b70308298a5/game-grimdawn/index.js It doesn't mention the user documents folder anywhere. With those missing directory errors, you might want to try creating the folder it's looking for.
