I had a dog companion, Meeko... don't know if he is a mod companion, but that dog was a good friend to my wandering bard character. Poor Meeko died on the Sload ship just southeast of Solitude :( Now I don't have any way to commemorate what a good man's best friend that pooch was. Returning the body to a hall of the dead or burning it with a ceremony, and putting the dead body on the back of your horse (or your follower's horse if using Convenient Horses) were such great and immersive ideas ! jellythejam Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 Just gonna bump this! I've been looking all over for a mod that would allow you to do something like carry the body. I especially hated when Skjor died and I was unable to carry his body back to Jorrvaskr. Or when my companion dies in a dungeon, I at least want to carry them outside to bury them.
