It really takes some gall to say that FO4, one of the most advanced AAA games out there when it comes to real gameplay, was "dumbed down", or that their games are in general "mediocre". This is a common myth out there in the wider www world, it's been like this since "real fans" felt "betrayed" by FO3 and Oblivion and started this endless nonsense. I bet your excuse to spew this garbage on one of the dedicated forums is that old chestnut: "modders fix the games for them!!!1!" :happy:Is that you, Todd....? Then again, there is a reason why Xbox is buying this thing and is not out of charity...why so much ego?Imagine I come to you and say "Is that you gates?..." it would definitely be my Ego...This is why every now and then you have a CIA/FBI that comes forward and says "people is not ready for the truth and this is part of the reason why we keep hiding stuff"... You can not even treat your fellow humans with a level of decency.Bethesda gave you games that gave you options, you chose your weps, you chose your combat style, which people to be friends with, what type of moral you wanted to bring into your game, who to talk to, what to say, tons of side quests, etc. The only kind of decent Xbox game is AOE which gets really boring after a week... + it was done by Ensemble Studios, please.You can't compare chicken nuggets with T-bone steak... The only brain rot being displayed here is that you think that FO4 is one of the most advanced AAA games out there. It isn't and the fact that you think it is strongly suggests that you live in a gaming echo chamber of your own making. And WTF is 'real gameplay'? Actually, modders do fix Beth's games for them. Here's a couple of examples: 1. In unmodded Skyrim if you travel downriver from Windhelm to a certain cell, the game will CTD. The unofficial patch fixes this.2. Sheson's memory patch for LE fixes the game engine's objectively appalling memory management I could go on. Your reductionist view of legitimate criticism as mere 'whining' shows that you're incapable of objectively assessing anything created by Bethesda and your opinion can be dismissed as the gushings of a basement dweller who has taken leave of his critical faculties. Also I like FO4, I really don’t know why so many think it was garbage, and with all the mods from characters to new quest, it’s certainly not the vanilla game it used to be. I recommend you use it to discover why so many people think FO4 is garbage. By typing in a logical search query, you'll easily find lots of compelling, persuasive reasons why FO4, like its predecessor (and successor, FO76) is garbage.
