FreeJerry
I've been using Vortex for quite awhile now with no major issues. Until recently, that is. I suddenly noticed that I wasn't being notified of updates when I tried to do a scan for them. I found a supposed fix for the issue on the forum, which I applied. The mod source is correctly set to Nexus Mods, and I have ID numbers for all of them, but Vortex refuses to show the mod version numbers. And Vortex still won't show me if there are updates or not. If I go to the Nexus Mods website and look for the mods I have installed, some say there is an update available. I always used to reliably be able to use Vortex for updates and it worked great. Now I can't use it for this at all. Help! P.S. this is for Skyrim Special Edition, not that I would think it should matter.

HadToRegister
What version of Vortex are you using, I think there's a problem with Version checking with the newer version right now
Pickysaurus
Right click the file and try "Guess ID". The version doesn't get imported automatically sometimes if you download the file manually and drop it into Vortex.
FreeJerry
Vortex version is 1.3.17 and I have already used Guess ID for all the mods.

FreeJerry
I've had all the mods installed for a very long time. I just noticed recently after not playing for a bit. I decided to go into Vortex to see if there were any updates for my mods, and that's when I noticed. Strangely, none of the category descriptions or changelogs were there, either. That is, until I manually chose Nexus Mods as the source and used the Get ID option. After doing that, the aforementioned items populated. The only thing that did not populate were the version numbers for the mods.
