That's a scene from Hayao Myazaki's anime Spirited Away (Chihiros Reise ins Zauberland). I can't really recall much of the details anymore, but there's a water dragon named Haku, one of the main plot roles, and in this scene he's attacked by some evil magical critters of sorts which just won't let go of him. But that's about all I remember anymore already, somebody correct me, if I'm telling nonsense. ( Uhm, that's the last time I'm posting off-topic in here for a while, promised.
