One problem I believe is that with Game Pass games, the mods need to go into a special Folder yes?
Rather than the usual Game Folder, so perhaps the Extensions need to be updated to determine whether the game is a Game Pass App, and set the actual Mod Path to the correct one for Game Pass games, while using the default folders for Steam, Gog etc games.

I am still not convinced it is possible to use Vortex with gamepass apps, irrespective of the "use mods" setting.

If it is possible - it would be great if a current user would post what works.

I mean, the best way to be convinced is to try it ;) I spent a couple of days last week testing the Bethesda titles on Game Pass so it definitely works.

It wont let me.

If you can't enable mods then that path will be invalid. If I get some time I'll try installing MCC with Game Pass.

OK - that counts as user feedback.

Tell us more - what game and what did you have to do?

Did Vortex find it automatically?

Is it something we should suggest Gopher do a tutorial on?

this may be another question to add to the sticky about getting vortex support - does your game originate via gamepass, as it obviously has different requirements to non-gamepass titles?
