Nerfed Skills Back to 1.02 versionI know some guys missing 1.02 version Ashes of war. I returned 4 skills of war to 1.02 version status. This is only for offline play.
## Elden ring version 1.03.3 required.

This is wonderful but I think most people have edited their own regulation or used it from other mods, so it would be great if you could just put the parameters change in a txt in the download file so we can add it on our own :)

Not to rag on you, thanks for offering this.  But a lot of modders need to start including the csv file so we can just patch in whatever we want from each mod.  It's not that hard to do this with Yapped Rune Bear.   Please consider doing this in future, if you don't mind.  This way more regulation.bin mods can be combined together with ease.  Yapped Rune Bear would then allow us to only load your changes in by using "Load CSV".
