All mods should be installed to your Fallout 3 install folder. For example : E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data(place mod files here)

Are those your full list mods? Uncheck FOOK2-MothershipZeta.esp, FOOK2-[DIK]DLC Improvement Kit.esm andFOOK2-[eve] Energi Visuals Enhacnement.esp. If you don't have the DLC and EVE, your game will crash. You must have EVE installed if you want to use FOOK2-Energi Visuals Enhacnement.esp .
