  1. Hmm... I do not think there's such a mod. But you can try this console command, "movetoqt" without the quotes, it moves you to the quest target even when enemies are close by. The bad thing is you don't get to really choose where to teleport to, it is determined by your current active quest, you can change it in pipboy.

  3. There's no such mod at the moment. If you want to add the effects, you'll need a sound editing software like Audacity. Then you'll have to add the effects manually to each song. It's free and very useful. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Instead of posting related pictures, they post pictures that relate to numbers. For instance, the 9th poster would post a cloud 9 picture with the number 9 in it, 10th person would post a Ben 10 picture with number 10 in it, .......... (continue). The rule is the numbers in it must look natural and not a simple photoshop/cut/paste number.

  14. You should only have these folders in your data folder. (Original folders - textures, meshes, sound, shader, music and video). You should use the load order report, then copy clipboard and paste it here. Never use the FOMM auto mod sorter though, it will screw up your load order.

For users of .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 or even SP2 (Service Pack of the Framework not the OS), upon restarting their system (when changes take place), their game will be quite unstable. Users of .NET 3.5 or Vista should have even more random crashes. I guess you need to install older versions of .NET
