  1. Download archive invalidated. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944
  2. Another person asking about the same thing, I already explained there. This is the link : http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=181949
  3. I think you misunderstood the Buddy system, see this Instead of dying and reloading back the game, your buddy shows up and saves you, then brings you to a safe location for you to heal up. Edit - Sorry, didn't read your post carefully. Yes, it would be nice if it's compatible with SCC.
  4. Before altering any sounds, remember to do this first. Locate your Fallout.ini file within My Documents/ My Games/Fallout3, change bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 Download this first - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9614 Supermutant voice overs. That mod can be your guideline. If you do plan on doing voices to them. For their voices, make sure they are in .ogg format, placed in the correct folder and correct file names. For changing sounds made by them, open up G.E.C.K. Data, load fallout.esm. Go to sound category, type supermutant. Double click the one that you want to change for example NPCSuperMutantFootLeft, you will see a directory fx\npc\supermutant\foot\left. Copy your sound file and place them there example : E:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data\sound\fx\npc\supermutant\foot\left (drop your sound file here) Rename it as supermutant_foot_left_01.wav. You may add as many as you like just replace supermutant_foot_left_xx.wav. Make sure your sound files are in .wav format. You do not need to make any backups, if you dislike your new sounds, just delete them. Hope this answers your question.
  5. You may thy these - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8886 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7529
  6. What you're saying is very true. But there are mods out there that "balances" the game. Have you tried XFO? http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=334 Lots of rebalances in there. You're no longer a superhuman that can withstand hundreds of bullets and still wouldn't fall while wearing leather armor. For civilization, someone's working on it, but he hasn't been active. Check this out: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10222
  7. Not really... I find myself more entertained playing with it's "brother" - Modern Warfare 2.
  8. Well, the only way I can think of is by editing the weapons one by one. There's no shortcut.
  9. Granted, but instead of having Mirror's Edge 2, you get a shattered glass fragment from a mirror's edge. I wish for world peace.
  10. Not a bad idea at all, if someone does manage to script this or even work on it, PM me, I can get you boat sound files.
  11. There's no mod that allows you to have 360 degree view (I'm assuming what you meant was like oblivion camera). You can actually turn your view by holding down middle mouse key and then rotating. As for the melee, not so popular for mods but you can try this : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10856 Get some of the DLC's, they have awesome melee weapon like axe and chain-blades.
  12. Thank you for your kind words. =)
  13. Must be this one then : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=855 If not then these: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=663 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=100 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3121

  16. Hmm... I don't recall having mod that changes the facials, but there are retex mods. Try MMM mod : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3211
  17. They've did great on making the game but it's not a 'full" game without having mods and the ability to mod the game. I really felt that the game needed a "hardcore" mode which includes basic needs, really adds immersion. But with mods now, that solves everything for me.
  18. I do not understand what you meant. Are my signatures too big? I've checked the rules and regulations section, all my signatures are under size 110kb and the size limit. I think we're not allowed to have 1 giant signature and allowed to have a few small ones(they are 3 seperate small ones) Someone please correct me if I'm wrong (I will resize it if necessary). Is there a way to make the signatures go horizontally instead of vertically? Yes, Semi-Oblivion-style repair would be really nice, adds lots of immersion. But having leveled repair, I'm just as happy.
  19. You need to open up G.E.C.K, then look under sound section. Let's say for punching, it would be at Snd_FX_NPC_xxxxx
  20. Oh no... scripting (which what I really hate because I don't know how to do it). I truly appreciate it if someone can script it for me, including my heavy breathing mod. I would also give you credits for it. Plus I will also make you a custom signature :P. What I plan on my mind was... to "fake" it. Remember when you get head cripples? There's a noisy beep with some blurry sound effect, I tried maxing out the volume, kinda get the "feel" of shell shock but not entirely.
  21. It is possible to make other contents from games to Nexus (star wars mod, F.E.A.R, Assasin's creed robe) , just illegal to port them from other games. You'll need to make them from scratch.
  22. For the marines they can use these - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8320 Armor part solved. As for the whole project itself is enormous but has it's potential, I do not think something like this will be done anytime soon.
  23. Yes, sorry for giving wrong information, the CORRECT and RIGHT one should be "tmm 1" WRONG one "tmm1" do not use this.
