  1. I don't recall having such a mod. But you can try this : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7070 You can build your home anywhere(with sandbags, turrets, bunker, etc...) , including DC area. You can even get raids from raiders.
  2. I can't answer the first question because I have no idea what's that. As for the second one, Yes, the 2 digits at the front change as you change it's position on the load order. Only the 2 XX infront will change.
  3. Try this out - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10867 What you're looking for is at the recommended mod section, links are also available. I'm using XFO with MMM mod. I don't seem to have crashing problems, I'm not sure about the other overhaul mods though. XFO is a MUST for my game since it alters lots of stuff and it really makes the game different. As for the needs, I do not use XFO's, I recommend using Real-injuries primary needs then accompany it with Real-injuries mod. Remember to patch it with Real injuries patch. All are at the recommended links.
  4. No problem,you're welcome.
  5. For Fellout, it really depends on the person. Some may love it, some may like it. I personally do not use it since I much prefer the green tint, gives the game it's uniqueness and... it ruins the atmosphere, well for me. I use this weather mod : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607 More mods - Overhauled slavery : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9497 Down and dirty : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11040 Companions also add replay value : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9320 (my personal favourite) Work in progress companion mod : http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.ph...056690&st=0 (will put other companion mods to shame)
  6. MMM mod- New wasteland experience with more variety of creatures. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3211 Alternate start mod - Adds role-playing elements at the start of the game http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1784 Try Darn's modified UI by me and the recommended mods on the link http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10867 Will post more if I find suitable ones, if you want to search for yourself then I suggest going to Fallout 3 mod sections (gameplay/effect changes) then top 100 endorsed file.
  7. "online" as in internet radio? I do not think this is possible.
  8. That's really wierd, you don't have any conflicting mods, none that I know of. As for the crashing, try disabling all Unofficial Fallout 3 Patches, bad news though you need to start a new game to fix it. Crashing and unofficial patch is common. Blue screen might not be heat related since you've played MW2 for 4 hours straight. Your average/optimum temperature should not be over 58-60C.
  9. This is actually a pretty cool idea. How about the more guns of the specific type that you repair, the better you're at repairing it. Repairing certain types of weapon at certain level is good too. I would also like to have a mod that increases your acuracy with weapons the more you use them. Just like in GTA San Andreas.
  10. Try this console command. Click on the enclave commander, then type "setscale 1" His default height should be 1. If you still think he is too short or tall then try smaller or larger scales. Hope this works for you.
  11. Did you by chance installed any height altering mods? Like NPC height randomizer mod that give you and NPC random heights when you start the game.
  12. Could you show us your load order? As for the blue screen, you are absolutely sure it only happens to FO3? It must be driver related and CPU temperature. To check heat, download speedfan program.
  13. I think you are looking for this - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4003 Lots of trenchcoat retex.
  14. Same as skotte too. But if the game has only one of them, I prefer 1st person since I'm already used to it when playing other games like Far Cry and Crysis.
  15. I don't know about armor, but there's night vision mod. Here is the link - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2725 That's my favorite night vision mod among the rest.
  16. Your first one does sound like weapon mod kits. As for Special God Mode, I think it would be cool to become unconscious instead reloading the whole game so far no one has done a mod like this. What's even better if we have Far Cry buddy rescue system, that way it'll be even cooler. I can't try Enclave commander because I don't have all the DLC's yet.
  17. It's not easy and it takes more than 25 minutes. Might even take months. It's been suggested before. Here's the link- http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=164792
  18. There's a console code that allows you to "cheat" and have all the locations, just open up console menu and type "tmm1"
  19. Did you install Iron sights mod in the first place? The same issue happened to many of the users.
  20. As far as I know, it is not possible to change the "A" and "E" key for those, not even in the setting menu. The only way to do so is to have a key binding script. I'm not an experience scripter, hopefully someone nice would take notice and make a mod that allows key binding to these.
