    I think rebuilding Solstheim would be an amazing idea, but to the lore of what it would be in the time we are playing Skyrim in.

    According to the lore, a lot of Dunmer fled to the island after the argonian invasion. I think seeing a talented modder make this would be amazing.

    So now we can finally answer the question... If you had a child raised with a self-obsessed dictator who named himself god and established his whole country to proclaim that belief, who modeled that child in his own twisted image with the belief that his father was a supreme being and knew no fault... Would the child believe that sort of thing despite all the evidence to the contrary, or would he, in the hour of his fathers passing, decide that enough was enough and that the curtain should probably fall?

     

    Sadly, going from what cases we have of people raised in fanatical environments, fed lies from sociopaths, usually it just ends up like business as usual. The fact that the whole country has been indoctrinated with that insanity for 50 years doesn't help things. Even Mao eventually understood the cost to his country in his name, as children slaughtered eachother or starved for the sake of his greatness. Kim likely died still believing that he was right.

    i think it has simply come down to an "acceptance" of basically owning a country. just like a business. businessmen will own a business, and wont shed too many tears when people are laid of en masse etc,

    i think its the same way with the kim-family. they know their country belongs to them, like a business, they know people suffer, but its of no major concern to them as long as it stays their private, personal property.

     

    like a heir the younger son now owns the country, and starvation or no starvation, hes not gonna relinquish power without a fight.

    From what I've heard the successor went to Switzerland to go to a university under a fake name.

    Great Games of the year

    Star Wars Old Republic

    Battlefield 3 (yes I am playing on the PC)

    Deus Ex Human Revolution

     

    Decent Games

    Warhammer 40K: Space Marine

    Dungeon Siege 3 (No it wasn't God of War it was more Diablo)

     

    Bad Games

    MW3 (Dedicated servers being unranked where as P2P which is easily hacked is ranked, bad map design, Just put a bullet in the head of this series and be done with this horrible milsim)

     

    Games that are a huge Pile of steaming Dog Crap

    Homefront (Back Story concept was good but execution was poor, dialog between characters felt phoned in, and there was so much that could have been done and was orginally promised but never fullied. MP sucked balls and hackers where quite abundent (who said VAC was better then PB and PB Bans?) highly imbalanced (lucky good players get just about unkillable and unlucky well get raped)

    I think calling this a milsim is rather silly at best.

    ArmA 2 would be considered a milsim.

    Problem is Anton, why oh why do I have to launch it via browser? and secondly, it only even runs games 20% of the time, the other 80% it just loads, forever. And the campaign is even worse, I reached a mission you can't even get past, because of a massive bug. I can't respect such a miserably unreliable scrapheap.

    Campaign was meh at most. It wanted to be Modern Warfare 2, but it wasn't. I liked Bad Company 2 campaign over it much more. I mean at least Bad Company 2 had memorable characters with at least some funny dialog here and there. Battlefield 3 was press a button something awesome has to happen sort of deal, and the characters weren't as memorable, and I didn't quite care for when one of them died.

     

    Battlelog at release like you said was garbage. Now with each patch it is becoming better and better. From about having 50 percent success rate on connecting to server it is around 95. I can see why they did it, but a lot of people don't like it as they are not used to it. One thing pissing me off however is that I cannot change settings while not ingame.

    Because the empire is just a tool of the thalmor. They are fomenting rebellion. Any resistance against the empire, is resistance against the thalmor, and therefore, good.

    Thalmor want you to go against the empire so Skyrim is weakend, therefor is easily taken over by them after.

    Crappy capitol with rude people and racism

    No way to defend themselves

    Try to rebel even after the war

    overly insane leader who is too sure of himself.

    Imperials

    Glorious Solitude as a capitol, which even with a war is pretty, and is amazing

    Army capable of defeating Thalmor but not with the silly stormcloaks

    Banned Talos temporarily, because of Thalmor.

    Are not racist unlike Stormcloaks

    How are you people still choosing Stormcloaks?

    For most disappointing game of the year I would like to vote. Well minecraft.

    It took itself in too many directions without fulfilling any of them completely. NPCs are still useless at the release. And Notch is too stressed to work, so he is once again on vacation, and when he is not, he is working on his crappy card game that no one really cares about.

     

    Can't quite 100 precent agree with Battlefield 3, but well it might be because I have a different view as a fan of the series, but coming from someone that enjoyed both BC2 and BF2, I find it rather good.

    My Little Pony is just another kids show, I have no idea why there is such a huge fan base for it. Male adults being so caught up in it... It just isn't right.

    I can easily understand girls watching MLP, but males? The hell is going on? The show is all bright and happy, about making cakes and dressing up - girls' territory.

    There's just nothing masculine about the show.

     

    And now we have to see it everywhere.
