  1. Interesting, perhaps, but I remember Sheogorath saying that he opened it looking for a champion (I'm not sure, haven't played SI in years :/) so it probably popped up just before the Greymarch making this unlikely. Don't discount the possibility. The inhabitants of the Isles got there somehow (Big Head managed to get there from Morrowind). Who's to say the 3rd Era is the only time that door has opened, or that Cyrodiil is the only province it opened in?
  2. Nope. Just Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. For some reason, Bethsoft really doesn't want anyone getting their hands on the smaller DLC unless they buy the GOTY Delux edition.
  3. That type of issue can result when another .ESM modifies a vanilla cell. Did anything get merged at all when you ran Wrye Bash?
  4. Try Armamentarium - Armor or Armamentarium Complete. There's also Artifacts by the same author.
  5. Granted, but it's 11:59 PM so you can only enjoy it for one minute. I wish these zombies would stop attacking me. I'm running out of ammo.
  6. Lurker101 could be a book. Lurker 101: A Beginner's Guide to Lurking.
  7. I'm just glad I could help.
  8. That's usually the result of using icons not suited to your graphical settings. There are three separate folders for icons: Menus/Icons (default), Menus50/Icons (low-end graphics), and Menus80/Icons (mid-range graphics). If you have low-end settings and are using the Menus/Icons or Menus80/Icons folders, the messed up menu icons will result. To correct this, open up the icons in Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint.Net and re-save them with the "Generate MipMaps" option enabled. The icons won't display in the CS (and you'll get an error message that's safe to ignore), but they will display in game.
  9. Acataleptic - incomprehensible.
  10. We have a secret lab under the surface of the moon that might suit you. Will that suit your needs? Edit: had to redact certain trade secrets. Everyone who viewed them prior to redaction has been tracked down and eliminated.
  11. Eonia wishes to discourage others from seeking immortality.
  12. The problem is with the book's script. Open the mod in the CS, open DarkGuardianBookScript in the script editor and remove this line: messagebox "You have learned the art of summoning the Dark Guardian"That should fix the issue.
  13. Granted, you now have a Japanese Giant Hornet after you. I wish for more wishes.
  14. Sweet! I look forward to the finished product!
  15. You might be interested in the models available in Mr_Siika's Better Ports. It's a modders resource with several new ship meshes (although none are in the "construction" phase).
  16. Answering these questions could help us track down the culprit: What operating system are you using (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)? Where did you install Oblivion (i.e. C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\, or somewhere else)? Exactly what steps did you take when installing mods (manual install, OBMM, NMM)?
  17. You should sign up for the Voice Actors Project at TES Alliance. You'll be in good company there.
  18. Arrive by Ship fits your desires precisely: It skips the tutorial dungeon, allows you to start the main quest whenever you want (or never, your choice), and doesn't interfere with the official DLCs. I can't link to it right now since the Oblivion Nexus is being difficult. >:( When it's working again, just search for "Arrive by Ship" and you'll find it.
  19. I ban Billyro because...umm...because it's Friday!
  20. Ban Billyro because the first four letters of that username make up something you don't like to get in the mail.
  21. Ironman5000 banned for posting...umm...aleph null bans.
